First two times I went there they messed up my order. Called to speak to a manager, was promised vouchers would be mailed to me (since we stopped to get the food after having had ankle surgery), never received any vouchers/coupons/refund. Decided to try one more time today, ordered the squash soup to go, get home to discover the soup container is only half filled. It literally looks like someone ate half the soup and placed the leftovers in a bag. The staff have also been rude and inompetent.
This Panera disappoints compared to the Panera in ITC. My husband ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, it arrived a very orange color, when he tasted it, it was burnt. I ordered the watermelon feta salad, this consisted of seeds that I couldn't identify, fresh greens, and little or no feta cheese. The area to place dirty dishes was piled high, I won't go back again.
Typical cookie cutter Panera. Though they have the nicest server on the planet in Pam. Always super friendly and has a smile. The people who work here, such as Pam, makes your experience better with quality service and makes you want to return.
Food is good, staff is friendly , online ordering is easy but rarely on time. Going forward i will figure in a 10 minute delay.
