Absolutely horrendous job. The sides and rear of the car were fine, the front of the car may as well not been washed. Not only was it left terribly dirty all the “towel” people did was smear the dirt all over, thus scratching the paint. Is this really acceptable? The line was out in the roadway when I exited and realized the issue so going back wasn’t an option.
Elementary school kids doing a car wash fund raiser will do a better job then Lengends Car Wash in Ledgewood. After spending $30 for a wash and retrieve my car. Notice the car wasn't remotely clean. I got a hold of one of the attendants and pointed to the car He wipe where I pointed. The car needed a re wash. I work there when I was a kid. The owner was Stan Banco and he would have our butts if we ever try to let a car out of the lot looking like that! Of course we had cars line up out of the parking lot and down the road. People would wait for 40 minutes and not complain. Because they got the service!!! But Lengends doesn't have the management to pull that off. You have to be there to manage!!!!!!
Truck came out of the wash still dirty. Employees didn't wipe interior windows down until I asked and told them my car was still very dirty. Employees didn't put any time into making sure my expierence was good, my truck was cleaned interior and exterior in five minutes. No way. Will never return.
How is this place still in business? My car looked horrible when it was "finished". I think they wiped down my windows with rags that had tire dressing on them. When I got home I had to clean all my windows inside and out and then go over the whole car with a rag because of soap residue that was not washed off or wiped off. Their vacuum missed everything requiring a car mat to actually be moved. Tire dressing was smeared all over my rims...the list goes on and on. Typical place that just wants your money and doesn't care about quality service. The owner doesn't seem to care, all be offered was to "run it through the carwash again". Yeah, no thanks. Worst service in the area. Never going back.
Went to Legends Car Wash last week and purchased the "WORKS" package which is the highest package on the board. My car was completely empty and I left the trunk open. When the attendants left the car I approached it and found that they didn't vacuum out the trunk nor did they remove and clean the weather tech mats or vacuum underneath them in the back seat. Because my kids play sports there was sand and dried dirt on and around the mats in the back seat which was the entire reason I even wanted to get my car washed. I told the guy at the front desk that I purchased "the works package" and I expected that the truck and back seat to be vacuumed he shared that the line would be to long if they cleaned the entire car. I will never go there again.
