Dr. Purcell is the BEST!!! but the wait is horendous. expect to wait 2 hours before your seen. if it wasnt for that you would get a 5 star!
They take forever and the ladies behind the counter are loud anf rude and smell weird.
Absolutely disgusted after my last visit to the Landing office. I was told to wait while signing in so the receptionist could finish a text. Once that was through, I waited almost two hours to see the doctor for all of 5 minutes. Her response to my issue was "well, what do you want me to do about it?" I refuse to return.
The office mis empty and I've been in a room here for 30 minutes in pain. I need to find a new place
I find it interesting that every time I go there. I find out I have outstanding Co pays..like $ 200 and up!! What is that about..I pay both cash and debt! The wait is crazy long!
