I went in to the store and it was empty. I had one small package to send. I asked if he had tape to tape the package(I only needed about 12" of tape). He said in a very nasty voice, "I charge you $1". At first I thought he was joking, so I just smiled, but he was serious. He went to he cash register waiting for me to give him a dollar! I told him I could go across the parking lot to Staples and they won't charge for a piece of tape. When I was about to pick up the package, to leave, he said, "I not charge you this time, but next time I will". He continued to rant about how it cost him money when people use his tape.

The worst UPS store I've been to. The asian guy is so rude and ignorant. I told him I needed my package back because I left something in it, but he told me the UPS truck picked it up, but clearly there are still packages laying in the floor, which means there has been no pick ups yet. He lied.

The next time I have a package to ship I will use either another UPS store or Staples. I don't need to hear the store clerk complain about the cost of packing tape.

Are you kidding me? Am I at a ups store or a 3rd world back alley. I walked across the plaza to Staples who didn't even charge me the 11 cents for my 1 page after hearing about the jerks at UPS.

I read these reviews, but since the store was convenient, I went anyway. Either the owners have read the reviews and made improvements, or it's under different management, because the staff was friendly and helpful to me and everyone who walked in while I was there. No complaints whatsoever!

The employee made up a price on the spot - $3.50 for a 1 page black and white print. Then he offered to "cut me a deal" just 2.50 for my one page print.

I need to do business with UPS only occasionally and over two decades the now, much older asian male, hasn't changed a bit -- same rude, crude, lecturing, greedy, tardy individual who is always late in opening the store. He is NOT the owner. And later in the day when a helper appears -- it's hit or miss as you could get a very good one or a bad one. Therefore, address your complaints to the UPS company's Customer Service or go to Staples. Following is a Google Search: "The UPS Store is a wholly owned subsidiary of UPS. The UPS Store is an independent company but owned and managed directly by UPS. The UPS Store customer service team works with both UPS customer relations and our individual locations." THEREFORE, UPS KNOWS AND DOESN'T CARE - AND THAT MAN NEEDS TO GO BACK TO CHINA RATHER THAN SENDING HIS AMERICAN MONEY ABROAD TO HIS RELATIVES WHILE HE TREATS AMERICANS DEPLORABLY.
