They don't take appointments but they told me I could get a hair cut in an hour and half as long I was back there within an hour. Not sure what that means but I see why they're service score is so low.
Katie cut my hair on 12-28-17. She also cut my dad's hair. She did a great job cutting both of our hair. I am statisfied with this Great Clips.
I have been here on numerous occasions and have had hair cuts by a least 6 different people. I called ahead and had no wait. Each person was friendly and capable and aside from one occasion when my cut was a little short, I have been pleased with the results...and that was not the fault of the hair cutter, just poor communication.
Absolutely terrible only because specifically one person. She is a older woman with dark black hair and I came in around 4:05pm she had asked me if I signed in online and I said no I did not . So she proceeded to help another customer and didn't bother putting me on the wait list. I sat while she took a her break and 6 to 8 customers were taken before myself by the other hair dressers which was fine because they hustled through then and were very polite and hard working . But then the lady came back from her break and looks at me and says did you check in you have been sitting here for so long , and then asked did anyone help you ? When it was herself that should have checked me in. She is a terrible worker. I wasted a hour of my day waiting. She is the only worker that deserves to be punished ! Terrible service from her. Today's date is 4/21/17.
