Walked in with a list of lumber needed without knowing if it would fit in my car. Assistant Manager Paul walked up, grabbed a 2 x 4 and said well lets go test it out! Paul confirmed I could fit everything and helped me find exactly what I needed, loaded my cart and took me to check out with "Papa John." Without a doubt, best customer service I've ever experienced. Couldn't be a nicer group of people.
Always have what I'm looking for. Sometimes pricey but convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful most the time.
Whenever I need to purchase an item sold at HD or other home improvement stores, I always check Home Depot first. Why? Simple. The store associates are wonderful. It doesn't matter what type of purchase we are making, everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. Even just walking through the stores, the associates just seem happy to see customers and help. I've walked into this location right after leaving another home improvement store in the next town over, and been amazed at how different the customer experience is.
Today I met a woman (HD employee) at the Home Depot that could possibly be the sweetest person I ever met. She was in the front of the store watering the flowers and just moments after striking up a conversation with her I was absolutely amazed at how genuine and pleasant she was. In our brief 3 minute conversation I was convinced that she was exactly what I needed to brighten my day today. She is very sweet, caring and humble...a real Gem, never let her leave. Please tell her thank you for making my day, she really is a wonderful woman.
Today I went to Home Depot of Roxbury and realized how great of a place it is. I went in to buy a dehumidifier and the store manager Bryan helped me locate it and load it on my truck. The price was great but the service was even better. Bryan thank you for the help and kindness it was really appreciated. I would rated this store with 5 more stars if possible.
