Nice hotel, clean & comfortable. Plenty of food options available close by. Recommend staying here if you're in the area. The halls and stairs have a smoke smell to them but our room has smelled fine both stays. No elevator. Upon our second stay, I bumped my rating from 5 to 3 due to the gentlemen behind the desk attempting to charge us more for having a child even though we had an air mattress and the room we booked said it could sleep 3 with an extra bed, I sent my daughter to ask for sheets she was told there were none. So I went to ask thinking maybe she didn't covey the information properly and maybe they truly were out of sheets... But I was treated as a child when I came to ask for the sheets, and to be honest it just doesn't sit well with me when I am polite but in turn I am treated with disrespect. So aside from that this is a nice hotel and I still recommend staying here.

The supposed non-smoking room did smell like smoke. High speed internet is advertised but that's definitely not the case, connection is slow and the WiFi signal is weak. The room was clean overall. When checking in, found a cheaper rate online rather than the rate the front desk was offering.
Was booked here because of a weight lifting event in the hotel's main room the next day. The hotel is dirty and there's no elevator, had to carry my weights up the stairs, after which my suitcase broke. Although the second floor has a non-smoking sign on every room's door, the hallway and my room reeked of smoke. I promptly called another hotel nearby and stayed there instead. The next day at the event, the carpeted floor was dirty with remnants of food, probably from whatever meetings were held in that room days before our event.
Reasonably priced I liked it well enough I booked the next Quality Inn at the my next stop
Not the most amazing hotel experience, but meets expectations. Bed was hard for my tastes, but for the price your paying to stay (which was very good) you're getting what you should. Water pressure was reasonable, and the water temperature was good. They had breakfast that I did not eat, but smelled good. Best of all, they were wrapping the mattresses in a mattress cover, so you don't have to worry about bedbugs, or the other random leavings of previous guests. We stayed there to avoid the high costs if staying in NYC, and would do so again.
