This place has the worst absolute worst service ever. Servers act like the world is falling on their shoulders while dealing with 4 tables. My drink was empty for 25 minutes and I couldn't even reach my server who seemed to disappear like houdini. Tried asking for a manager but that was even too much (probably because he/she was dealing with other customers for the same terrible service.) We ordered simple bar food but of course that was too much to handle as well. All the wings came with ranch even though we specifically asked for bleu cheese. The server comes back 10 minutes later with bleu cheese exclaiming to us he grabbed them himself. Well congratulations all of us already finished our food so that doesn't cut it. No compensation for the mass amount of screw ups and will not be returning. Not sure if the servers even go through any training at all.

I've been here MANY times. I've always loved the food, however lately this location has not been as good as in the past. This evening was the last time I will go. I ordered sizzling chicken and cheese, and specified NO onions or peppers. I arrived at Friday's, which is about 10 miles each way for me and my food was ready. I checked it, all looked good, so I headed home. As I began to cut the chicken, I discovered, well what do you know, peppers and onions underneath everything. I immediately closed it and got in my car, and proceeded to call and let them know. They told me a manager would take care of it. Upon arrival the manager was very apologetic and assured me they were making it correctly and at no charge... While waiting they asked if I would like a drink(alcohol) which I did. I was charged for the drink, full price, and whoopty do they remade my meal. I paid $17, drove 40 miles due to their mess up, and all they could do was remake my meal? Even charged me for the drink!!! Sorry but that's not how you take care of a customer when YOU mess up.
Never had any problems here, always great service and food, I've been coming here for years.
This place has horrible service! Waited 15 minutes to get seated because apparently no one was at the host station. Our waitress took 20 minutes to bring us our drink. we had to ask 2 times for the endless app menus which only had 4 options. Waited 50 minutes to get our food. Needless to say I won't be returning. The wait staff is horrible and needs to learn priorities are the customers not their phones..
That cannot handle big parties. The food takes forever to come out. We called ahead and they told us they could take the big party. They were not able to handle it. I would have rather they just said that we should go somewhere else. When we finally did get the food it was good and the waiter did the best he could but what should have taken 45 minutes took 2 hours. Never again.
