For starters, I appreciated the prompt call and message left by Ryan after my inquiry on the Bloom Auto Group website. Had a pleasant chat with Ryan and felt comfortable right away. Stopped in and test drove a couple of vehicles. Made purchase within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this dealer and the great selection of quality vehicles they offer.
I found the dealership through Carfax. I live 144 miles away so I wanted to make sure that the vehicle I was looking at was as it appeared (2007 Lexus ES 350). I asked the car dealer (Ryan) I was dealing with off the muscle. "What's wrong with the car? He replied nothing. I took his word that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. As I had to take a bus, Uber, etc... to get to the vehicle because the price seemed fair. I got to the lot and got in the car. Immediately I noticed a crack in the windshield!! I'm like dude... you said there was nothing wrong with the car. So I'm like okay I can get that fixed ($321) Next, the sunroof didn't/doesn't work. I understand that the car is used but if someone asked you what's wrong with a vehicle and you respond nothing. That is very misleading and not all the way honest. So I took the car home. Less that 750 odometer miles and I had to get the rear brake pads replaced. ($200) Overall, the car is worth the price right now. I also will look into the warranty before it expires. Sorry I couldn't give a better review but I gave a fair review.
Great , good deal on the car, 90 day or 4500 mi warranty included with the price! I test drove about 10 cars, Jim, Mike, Ryan, Rob, all work well together. Team effort was A+. Also if you have challenging debt ratio or credit and need to jump through some hoops, give them a try. Everyone has their own experience, but this is mine. I decided to edit the review, I live and work local so I stopped in a few times to check if they were able locate the second key. A few months have gone by, I stopped in last week to talk about upgrading and MIke payed no attention to me whatsoever, it's not a big deal, I will just buy somewhere else . Overall the initial transaction was great but now they don't give a crap I guess it is because the car has a bad car fax and they don't want it back.
Worked with Jimmy in sales and Mike in finance. They made it really really enjoyable to buy a car. I am a large man and I had trouble finding the right size SUV. Jimmy worked with me to find the exact right fit. The actual buying process went really quick. I test drove the car, liked it and they had me sign a bunch of forms. They offered me a warranty and I said no and that was the end of it. They aren't pushy. This doctor recommends! Two big thumbs up.
