Jut to clarify. they required i take it to the mechanic of their choice Top Gear Exotics. After having the car looked at by three mechanics all of them said it needs to have the transmission rebuilt. I am already out a lot of money on this car and it needs a built transmission and and brakes to say the least. None of these thing a qualified mechanic at Top Gear Exotics could find but three other mechanics found.
I had a good experience with the guys at Gaven. I don't have great credit and was sick and tired of going from dealer to dealer who would run my credit but not be able to help me with a car loan. These guys really went to bat for me with one of their banks and got me the loan. I am a satisfied customer and will push anyone I know in a similar situation their way.
You decide they lied and sold me a piece of junk or all these mechanics are lying when two of them don't even do transmissions. they lied in their response they knew i could have brought it to their mechanic because he was out to an eye injury.
These people engage in deceptive business practices. They sold me a Jeep Wrangler 2004 that had major problems. They refused to let me bring the Jeep to my own mechanic. The Jeep was left in 4 High so I would not notice that the transmission slipped in reverse. They gave me incredible grief when i told them that I wanted the to get the Jeep inspected and would only allow me to take it to their mechanic. The Jeep requires a full transmission rebuild, new catalytic converters, new control arms, replacement of all bushings, rebuild of transfer box and all new brakes. Stay away from these people at all cost.
Went in on 10/25/17 to look for a vehicle for our daughter who was graduating from grad school, this was a surprise so my wife and I had to pick out a vehicle for her. Our sales rep made a list of suggestions within our budget and we went from there. He was patient with us as we bounced around to five different cars before picking the one we wanted. We left a deposit and told them we would return on 10/28/17 to finalize all paperwork and drive the car home. We arrived first thing in the morning to avoid any Saturday traffic the dealer might have and they had the car detailed to perfection and the paperwork filled out and ready for signature. The entire transaction on 10/28/17 took maybe 15 minutes. I am used to sitting at a dealership for hours so this was a new and refreshing experience. Overall my experience here was great. Not once did I feel any game-playing going on, the product is beautiful, and the sales process was painless. We will be repeat customers. Thank you for your attention, patience, and having a great car for my daughter.
Arrived to this dealership first thing in the morning to rows and rows of BMW's. I'm a huge BMW fan so this was heaven to me. Everything was really neat and clean. I left happy with an X5 and will be back after the new year to purchase my wife's car here. Thank you for a pleasurable and memorable experience
Purchased a Range Rover Sport last week. Test drove the vehicle, negotiated, and was driving off within 30 minutes. These guys were willing to make a deal with me and were friendly. As of now, no issues with the vehicle I am happy.
