I knew going no in for the first time ever I needed dental work. Terrific died to hear the news from a cold uncaring unrelatble dentist I hesitantly went in the doors and was overwhelmed by thee pleasant and professiOn all individuals through out the office. Retirement while I am living is not an option, because I won't be going anywhere else. All personnel was amazing and truly helped me relax and shook any fears I had.
I had my first visit here recently after going to the same dentist for 35 years. I was very pleased with my experience. The Hygienist was excellent and very professional. I asked her if she was the dentist! Excellent staff and happy attitudes all around. When Dr Kitchin came in he also made me feel very comfortable and am happy with my decision to choose this practice.
I had a lot of anxiety leading up to the visit. The hygienist was helpful, gentle and informed me what to expect next. Sorry I forgot her name. Jocelyn and Dr. Paradiso were great. They were gentle, informative and relaxing to be around. I had no pain whatsoever. They both took the time just to talk and of course to talk about my teeth and the options I had with my insurance plan. Overall, very happy here. "The people were so nice to me and would definitely return.
