I went with my 4 1/2 year old grandson for his first visit to see Dr. Webb. She was wonderful, kind and caring making his visit comfortable and fun! I would highly recommend Roxbury Orthodontics and pediatrics. The entire staff is friendly and compassionate and My grandson can't wait to go back!
The workers here are so nice and gentle! They work very hard and whenever I go here I know I am in good hands. It doesn't take long at all either, get in and get out. 5/5 stars
I brought my children in for dental cleaning appointments. I was worried my 18 month old daughter would not have a successful visit as she is very fearful of doctors offices. We walked into a beautiful office. My 4 year old son loved the game room and 18 month old kept busy playing with the kitchen until we were called in to meet Dr.Webb. She greeted them with a smile and made them feel so comfortable. My son had fun counting his teeth and taking a ride in the chair. Since my daughter was young she recommended me to sit with her so she felt comfortable. She completed her exam without any tears. We left with prizes and smiles. My son keeps asking when we can go back for a visit! Thank you Dr. Webb and staff for such a wonderful experience!
This new office deserves more then 5 stars!! From the moment you walk in the receptionist has a friendly smile and knows exactly who you are! The doctors staff is beyond amazing, Joelle was very comforting and knew how to calm all my nerves. She is very professional and is great at her job! Dr. Webb I just love her! I would recommend anyone here and know that they would feel the same way I do!
I have never had a bad experience over the 2 years I have been going here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are great when it comes to making sure your braces feel comfortable and never leave anything poking. When something breaks and you need to get it fixed, they will get you in very fast, sometimes even the day you call. I would highly recommend this place for you or your children.
