The effort is always there with the staff, just not sure corporate gives then all the tools to be 5 star successful. But they are trying.
Staples is over priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store doesn't give you cash for recycled toner. You have to purchase something to get a credit. This is rediculous and basically forces you to buy something.
Nobody knows where anything is in the store and they don't even try to help you find what you're looking for, except for one woman
