It is almost impossible to get help from employees half the time and the other half there are to many employees just standing around. The staff do not seem well trained. And the crickets they sell always smell horrible and always have wings and chirp.
I was looking at the small animals, hamsters to be specific. I looked into one of the cages and there was a hamster on its back that look dead! (I'm 90% sure it was)! I nearly cried, there were other hamsters in the cage too that were still living but if the possibly dead one was sick then the others may get sick too! I then went to another cage which contained a gerbil. The wheel in this cage was tipped over! The small animals need more attention and better care because these were just two of the major issues I saw!
Many products for pets, might be helpful if they had a better selection of pet treats.

Just took my dog for his first Petco visit and I am extremely satisfied. Kelley was very helpful and friendly, and kindly obtained Cello's rabies vaccine info for me since I forgot to bring it along. She also kept Cello calm and wagging his tail, even though he has never been groomed outside the vet's office before. Thank you Kelley!
