It was the best experience ever. We went to the other competitors and no one was willing to go the extra step. This is my second purchase from Ashley and I will definitely go back. Recently went back and purchased additional pieces for my living room. Was lucky bough to have Sarah again.
Meh, it's a furniture store so what can I say? The sales guys give you the whole usual runaround when it comes to negotiations. The sales guy "gave me a deal" for $50 off the list price and when I went home and checked online the sofa I bought was yet another $50 cheaper than the "deal" I received in store. At least they were willing to match the price in the end (which is why I'm not leaving a 1 star review) but it still left a bad taste in my mouth. All in all just an okay experience. My new sofa is comfy though.
Great showroom. Sale was worth the trip. We got a coffee table and two end tables for the price other stores were asking for just a coffee table. Payment and delivery were easy. Our saleswoman was wonderful. Will definitely go again.
