We spent the day shopping for leather couches for my husband's man cave and couldn't have been happier with our purchase; Mark and Mike were excellent salesmen (they don't work on commission so they don't pressure you like hawks, but genuinely want to help you find what you are looking for). Mark kept me updated on the delivery status; the delivery men were friendly, quick, and professional, and Mark e-mailed making sure everything went flawlessly. And, the best part is, they beat other competitors in the neighborhood by $500. I am sold on Furniture City and won't shop anywhere else for my furniture in the future.
My wife and I visited three other furniture stores in Roxbury before discovering Furniture City and choosing to give our business to them. Immediately we saw a difference; the sales folks are very professional and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. We had something specific in mind for a dining set and the sales people were really flexible in customizing a set to meet our needs. We had a good understanding of prices after visiting four stores and Furniture City worked with us to create a great package. I will do business with them in the future and I eagerly recommend them to anyone thinking about furniture.
This store has a great selection of furniture that's beautiful and really good quality. I was actually really surprised how much furniture they had. The sales people are awesome and very helpful and the owner, Mark is extremely nice and accommodating. I found a black dresser I've been looking for forever there and they were so helpful with it. I don't think I've ever had such a good experience in a furniture store and would definitely go back!
