We recently purchased a coffee table and side table from Suburban. When the coffee table arrived, we were nervous about part of the rustic feature due to having young children. We filled out the form online and Ken contacted us quickly. We were able to swap the table for a different one and the whole process was simple. We appreciated it so much and will continue to be loyal Suburban customers.
I was originally planning on buying a couch online, but my husband wanted to check out a few local places, too. That seemed reasonable. My husband wanted a great price, and I wanted top quality that would last and last.
I'll only go to suburban Furniture from now on.
I recently had an amazing experience with Suburban Furniture. The staff was extremely thoughtful and kind in helping to select a beautiful bedroom set for my little girl. My daughter is soooooo in love with her bedroom set, she never wants to leave her room. The service is top-notch and I love the quality of the furniture. The staff was also helpful in the selection of my living room furniture. I love my new sofa, it is so comfortable and cozy. I am looking forward to snuggling up on my new sofa on during those cold winter months. I am extremely thankful to Kenny and the staff at Suburban Furniture for their kindness to me and my daughter with the selection of our new furniture. Thank you, we love our new furniture!!

I honestly didn't know that such a great furniture store even existed - a furniture store that provides superb service, with non-salesy staff, and a wide variety of quality and reasonable price points for anyone.

At Suburban furniture, we were met by a fantastic saleslady, Ali, who let us know immediately she'd only help us as much as we needed.
Ali listened to what we both wanted, and showed us all the different styles of couches, from clearance, to custom. Not only did she help us find the perfect couch (and we ended up buying two armchairs and an ottoman, too) that satisfied both my husband and I, but we ended up spending thousands less than I've seen elsewhere for that quality.
But Ali didn't stop there. She also helped me understand how to decorate our living room, and spend a lot of time helping me know how to make the room look fantastic.(again, she didn't volunteer the info, but when I asked her she was most happy to answer my all questions)
I bought a leather sofa from suburban furniture a few years ago. The leather on the arm became worn and slightly damaged. I called suburban to see if anything could be done. I received a call back within a day and they put a repair man in contact with me. Within a week, my couch was repaired. I am very impressed. I will not hesitate to buy more items from suburban since I now know they stand behind their merchandise. I give them an A+ for customer service.
