I've been coming here for years through 2 cars. They have always stood by their work (the actually replaced something for free once when I brought it in for service and noticed it was something that they worked on) and they never recommend more than you need. They advised against a tire rotation because I didn't need it. They could have easily done it and charged me. The work is always quality, done on time, and the customer service is excellent.
I would definitely recomend This place to anybody the service was great the people were kind friendly and courtius I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on thanks automotive magic
Shawn and his team are the best. Brian always takes great care of me. They go that extra mile when it comes to customer service. They are fair and stand behind their repairs. Great place for all you car repairs and maintenance. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Positive Experience from Start to Finish! I contacted the owner, Shawn, with Automotive Magic to address a few concerns that I had with my vehicle. Shawn directed me to their website to schedule my appointment. Their website was user-friendly with scheduling an appointment. I was contacted promptly by the General Manager, Brian, to confirm bringing my vehicle in. At my first appointment, a full inspection was completed and items of concern or needing attention were listed for me. I selected what I wanted done with no pressure to complete additional work (some items I wanted to hold off on). A couple of parts needed to be ordered. They contacted me as soon as the parts came and were flexible with my schedule to get the work done.
Automotive Magic did a great job with my vehicle repairs and their customer service was excellent. I also received a follow-up call the day after the work was completed, which was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Automotive Magic to others or use their services again in the future.
