Laura is pleasant on the phone and always makes the time to speak with you. Mike and his crew do the best work. They have always taken care of our cars. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I recently needed my head gasket replaced on my Subaru Baja and looked up local places who would be able to repair it. Roxbury automotive came up first so I decided to give them a call. They told me to bring it in and they would evaluate the job before working on it. Scheduled me a few days later. I bought it in, they quoted me a very fair price and I gave the go ahead. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. My car was fixed within a week of my first call to them and she's been running like a champ ever since.
