Had issues replacing a catback off my GTO on my own and brought it to them to complete the job as years ago I had them do work on a previous car with no issues. They did a beautiful job lining up the new exhaust (it needed some tweaking from the manufacturer) and everything looks perfect. Came out even better than I expected and they were willing to work with me with a few requests I had. Would definitely recommend them.
I own an auto repair shop in Stroudsburg pa . My mother in law lives in the Ledgewood N.J. area and instead of driving an hour each way for an oil change she goes to the Meineke in Ledgewood . Approximately 3 oil changes ago she told me that Meineke had told her she has a stripped drain plug and needs a new oil pan . She brought the car out to me and I put a new oversized self tapping oil drain plug in which was fine tightened up nicely no problem and she was on her way . A week ago she called me and told me that Meineke told her the plug I put in is no good and she still needs to put in a new oil pan . So again out here she drives to have me put an oil pan in . She just left 1/2 hour ago with nothing more than an oil change , I ordered an oil pan and gasket kit for nothing . All that was wrong was the oil drain plug gasket had split ! A 5 Cent copper washer and no more leak . So beware going to this establishment for anything ........It's repair facilties like this that give the auto business a bad name . Shame on you Meineke trying to take advantage of a poor old lady .
Great service and efficient. Reservations not required for service. Have been using them for years with no complaints.
Gave me a quote of $350 to remove a section of exhaust pipe that had a crack in it. They were going to bend a piece of new pipe to fit and reinstall with welds or clamps. Great! Instead, they place a single weld over the crack and charged me $380. $380!!!! For 1 weld!!!!! That's not the job you said you were going to do....
