Excellent experience with PJ's, worked with Jim. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent from the start, helping in the appraisal as well as navigating and managing details with my insurance company (something that I have almost zero experience with). The work itself, pretty substantial (almost $3,000 in damage to my door and front panel because some dude t-boned me in a parking lot), was done perfectly, color match is perfect as well -- I honestly can't tell that their was ever an accident after PJs did their work. Highly recommend PJs, great people and a very professional company who cares about their customers and quality of work.
Absolutely terrible. My only regret is that I have to give them 1 star. I'd advise any one with any self respect and who actually wants to get something done to go elsewhere. From there rude attitude, to long wait times, and unwillingness to get the job done this place has to be the worst auto body shop I've visited. Will definitely never go back here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'm actually disgusted, the guys names were keith and jim i believe.
Work was professional, high quality, they cleaned the broken glass completely and they were very friendly and accommodating.
Wish i gave my money to someone else!!
Cant say enough good things about PJ's. Keith, Dean & everyone there are truly the best in the business. Since we started using PJ's 20+ years ago we have only had positive above expectation experiences. They work great with customers & insurance companies. I would never think about going anywhere else.
My family and I have taken our cars to PJ’s for 20 plus years and we have never had anything but a positive experience. The service is always exceptional as the staff and owner are knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I have always found them to be up front and honest and their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend.
I had to replace the tailgate window on my RAV4, as well as the light housing. Price was competitive. The window arrived as planned and was installed. The light housing they ordered didn't match (my car was assembled in Canada, makes a difference) so they reordered through Toyota. It came a day later at a higher price. PJ Auto Body absorbed the cost to make up for the inconvenience of having to return another day. Quite nice.
